Isnt it time you published your own book or made a magazine, Ive got one in the works so wheres’ yours? All I need is a hardy young photographer with a penchant for trouble. I have an idea who it needs to be so Im calling her out right now.
For anyone who wants to publish yourselves, your families, your lives, whatever it may be, below are some places Ive been hanging around for a few months now, watching and reading. Do your homework then make your mark. Its amazing, this Age of Print….you can publish anything you want, with relatively little cost and market it anyway you want, down to making just one copy for your family or friends. My zine came to me last Winter at 1am sitting in a blizzard, listening to the Rolling Stones on repeat and drunkenly brushing snow off my black book, occasionally holding it down to the fire to see if what I was writing was even legible since I had already forgot most of it. Ive talked about this plan in other forums to great detail but refuse to do so here, yet. If you want it you will have to dredge the river for the carcass. Good luck.
