Tonight’s installment is an overnight off Kendall Catwalk mid August of 2008. Its a dramatic series; you can find it here.
In the series is Alaska Lake, Joe Lake, Ridge and Gravel as well. I stayed the night at Ridge, with only the lake between me and the PCT. I was shocked at the all night traffic out there. Lots and lots of people out at all hours; struck me as odd since I was 7 or 8 miles off the nearest pavement, including up and over a mountain. This trip was solo, but it wasnt.
