Might as well rename this joint Trouble Gang dot com, its been trouble all week around here. Im still stoked about hanging out with Trouble Andrew, talking music, snow and skate out on the street was the highlight of the show last week; theres’ a way about people who ride hard, people who live what they are, in this case shredders…..I can always tell when someone shreds or not, its how they move and talk….its like an unwritten thing….something you just know and this crew is no exception. Its tight watching the show when you realize its just a bunch of rippers up on stage who decided to put a band together and then somehow managed to capture the musical essence of what they/you do and love. The thing that defines you has a Sound and they captured it; thats what gets me about this whole project. Snowboarding is mainstream now, a good thing…..but years ago when we first strapped in it was still new, totally haggard and the gear was harsh but it didnt stop us, we didnt know better; now after all these years watching it grow commercially and personally, its just exponentially better and better. Im stoked to ride and stoked to have been riding this long. Its what I do, who I am through and through.
Winter is 9 months away, unless your in Haines AK right now getting killer heli lines. I know someone who is, and she is dropping pics into my email as we speak which I am slapping up here as soon as they cool off.
